At Neyom Global, our legal translation company handles documents that actually matter, business contracts, court papers, official certificates, corporate filings, and everything in between. Certified, accurate, and accepted by UAE authorities.
We are not an ordinary translation company. We are a translation company dealing with legal translation services that know what the authorities of the UAE need and provide it.
Our translations are official and no longer questioned by the authorities of the UAE government, courts, free zones, and embassies. None were rejected, and none resubmitted.
We translate in and out of Arabic, English, and a wide variety of other languages. We have a qualified translator for whatever you have to translate.
The majority of translations of legal documents are provided in 2 to 3 working days. Speak with our team on urgent needs, and we will be honest with you on what can be done.
There is no room for error in the legal documents. Anything is not certified and returned to you without the review of our translators on terminology, context, and legal accuracy.
We charge per 200 words and inform you about the approximate price before you bind yourself. No extra charges, no error revision fees on our part.

Every document at Neyom Global is handled by certified legal translators who understand the terminology, the context, and what UAE authorities expect. You are not getting a word-for-word conversion — you are getting a legally accurate translation that stands up.
A translated document without the Ministry of Justice stamp is not legally valid in the UAE. We include MOJ attestation for documents that need it and advise you upfront on whether your specific document requires it.
You submit, we translate, you track. Our platform gives you live updates on where your document is in the process — no chasing, no calling to ask for updates.
If it is a legal document, we have almost certainly translated it before. Here are the most common document types we handle for businesses and individuals in the UAE:
Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, board resolutions, trade licence certificates, power of attorney, corporate contracts, and partnership agreements.
Court judgements, legal notices, affidavits, witness statements, notarised documents, police clearance certificates, and litigation-related correspondence.
Birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, death certificates, academic transcripts, degree certificates, and national ID documents.
Passport translations, visa applications, residence permit documents, embassy submissions, immigration forms, and nationality certificates.
A certified legal translation is a translated document that is signed by the translator and which states that he or she has translated all the words and that the translation is true and complete. In the UAE, any official submission to government departments, courts, embassies, and authorities that require regulation needs certified translations. In the absence of certification, the document will not be accepted by many authorities.
It is based on the location of the filing document. In the majority of official UAE government submissions, court use, and some visa applications, a stamp of the Ministry of Justice was necessary to certify the translation. You do not need a copy of your particular document before we commence, and we advise you on this matter before we commence.
The standard documents are translated and submitted within 2-3 working days. Multi-language projects or larger documents might need a little bit of time. In case you have a deadline, inform us when you make contact, and we will make it known to us whether we can meet it.
We charge per 200 words. Translation from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic begins at AED 100 per 200 words. Other language combinations cost between AED 250 and AED 450 per 200 words. An estimate is provided to us before commencing work—no surprises on the invoice.
Yes, completely. Every document presented to Neyom Global is treated with a high level of confidentiality. We will not store, share, or use your documents other than in a way that is necessary to translate your documents. This is true of personal files, just like it is true of corporate and legal files.
Often yes. In case of an immediate need, get in touch with our team, and we will be frank on what can be done within the time frame. We never promise too fast a turnaround—but we make all attempts when the end is in sight.
Send us your document, and we will come back to you with a cost estimate and turnaround time — usually within a few hours. No commitment required until you confirm.
